The Accent Training Company is in no way affiliated with any State or Federal organization [such as the Department of Health or Revenue] with the exception of membership in the Louisiana Restaurant Association and ServSafe Manager Certification Program Instructor Certifications; through the National Restaurant Association.
At no time will we exercise a position of reporting any events and/or situations exposed in your organization to such mentioned organizations; nor will we expose any proprietary knowledge, procedures, recipes or systems to any other organization.
As you take pride in your product, so do we. Unathorized Reproduction or Distribution of any Copyright Material of The Accent Training Company will result in legal action as allowable by law.

For Conference Workshops [Workshops conducted outside of your Establishment], please enroll early! With the interactive and intimate nature of these workshops, availability is typically limited and seating is by reservation only.
As soon as we receive your enrollment, we will reserve your seat for your preferred Workshop. We will send you an admission ticket that you must present when you arrive at the Workshop. If your ticket does not arrive prior to the Workshop, please be sure to attend. We’ll have your ticket at the door!
Reservations preferred. Walk-in’s will only be admitted depending on seat availability. Please be advised, walk-in’s may be declined.
Workshop Fees are Tax Deductible! Even our Government welcomes continuing training!

Cancellations received five days prior to the Workshop will be accepted minus a $20 registration service charge. Less than five days will be subject to 50% of the admission charge plus a $20 registration service charge.
Participant Substitutions may be made at any time.

The Accent Training Company strives to ensure satisfaction. All products hold a ten-day return in which we will replace the product, offer credit toward another purchase or will refund payment in full. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact The Accent Training Company within 10 days of receipt and we will gladly refund any payment.

The Accent Training Company recognizes and respects the privacy expectations of today’s consumers and the requirements of applicable federal and state privacy laws. THE TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We only collect information about our customers for lawful business purposes, or as otherwise required by applicable law.
We collect information about customers from the following sources: (a) Order Forms, other forms and any communication you send to us including electronic messages from which we collect your name, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses and other information; (b) Transactions involving your account(s) or service(s) with us from which we collect information such as your name, account number, balance, payment history, parties to your transaction and credit card usage (see note below) and; (c) Consumer Credit Reports from which we collect information regarding your creditworthiness, credit history and account activity.
Note: When a customer uses a credit card to places an order with our company, we obtain that credit card information. This information is also kept on file in our database, and when you place your next order, we will confirm your credit card at that time.
You agree that the telephone numbers, street and e-mail addresses provided in your Registration and Service(s), or any other application or communication sent to us are publicly available and will be used to provide notices, disclosures, statements, other communications (including but not limited to our responses to your e-mail communications) and offers for certain products or services.
We routinely request personal information from our customers, including but not limited to name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. This allows us to better serve and understand the needs of our customers. This information is kept on file in our database, and no one has access to that database.

We do not store confidential or sensitive information through the use of cookies. Our use of cookies enhances our customer’s online transactions and ease of navigation through our Website. For certain applications, such as online transactions, cookies are required to help protect the privacy of a customer’s transaction.
We collect e-mail addresses from customers who request electronic services, and from users of our Website who choose to provide their addresses.

We share non-public personal information about you only with employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We also maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your non-public personal information.

In regards to open accounts with our company, we will be happy to set up customers on an open account. Upon credit approval, we will establish an open account for your company. Our terms are net 30 days. A finance charge of 2% per month will be charged on past due accounts.
All orders are processed as soon as possible after they are received. We do our best to fill all orders within 24 hours; however, because we are a small company, sometimes, it will be 2-3 days before an order is shipped, depending on our work load.
